Resumo

Analisar as potenciais interações medicamentosas e os eventos adversos. Estudo transversal e quantitativo, realizado em um ambulatório na cidade de São Paulo - SP, com 117 idosos, no período de março a novembro de 2019. A coleta de dados foi realizada pela transcrição integral dos receituários, as interações medicamentos foram analisadas na base de dados Drugs.com. e, após, realizada análise por estatística descritiva. Na categoria grave, 40% foram entre o anlodipino versus a sinvastatina, as moderadas, entre a hidroclorotiazida versus a metformina (5,8%) e as leves entre a hidroclorotiazida versus o anlodipino (17,9%). As interações entre os medicamentos versus alimentos foram na categoria grave entre a sinvastatina e os derivados da frutose (87,5%), na moderada entre a losartana e o sal (20,8%) e as leves entre o anlodipino e os derivados da frutose (85,1%). Portanto, ressalta-se a importância das orientações de enfermagem planejamento assistencial da terapia medicamentosa.

Analysis of potential drug interactions and adverse events

Abstract: To analyze drug interactions and adverse events. Cross-sectional and quantitative study, carried out in an outpatient clinic in the city of São Paulo - SP, with 117 elderly people, from March to November 2019. Data collection was carried out by full transcription of the prescriptions, drug interactions were evidenced in the Drugs.com database. and, after, analysis carried out using descriptive statistics. In the severe category, 40% were between amlodipine versus simvastatin, moderate levels between hydrochlorothiazide versus metformin (5.8%) and levels between hydrochlorothiazide versus amlodipine (17.9%). Interactions between medicines and foods were in the severe category between simvastatin and fructose derivatives (87.5%), in the moderate category between losartan and salt (20.8%) and between amlodipine and fructose derivatives. fructose (85.1%). Therefore, the importance of nursing guidelines for care planning for drug therapy is highlighted.

Análisis de posibles interacciones medicamentosas y eventos adversos

Resumen: Analizar interacciones medicamentosas y eventos adversos. Estudio transversal y cuantitativo, realizado en un ambulatorio de la ciudad de São Paulo - SP, con 117 ancianos, de marzo a noviembre de 2019. La recolección de datos se realizó mediante transcripción completa de las prescripciones, se determinaron las interacciones entre medicamentos. evidenciado en la base de datos de Drugs.com. y, posteriormente, análisis realizado mediante estadística descriptiva. En la categoría grave, el 40% estuvo entre amlodipino versus simvastatina, los niveles moderados entre hidroclorotiazida versus metformina (5,8%) y los niveles entre hidroclorotiazida versus amlodipino (17,9%). Las interacciones entre medicamentos y alimentos se ubicaron en la categoría grave entre simvastatina y derivados de fructosa (87,5%), en la categoría moderada entre losartán y sal (20,8%) y entre amlodipino y fructosa (85,1%). Por lo tanto, se destaca la importancia de las directrices de enfermería para la planificación del cuidado de la terapia farmacológica.
